Hila Yaffe’s CV

Hila Yaffe is a practitioner and scholar of Chinese medicine with over 25 years of experience. She pursued her studies in Chinese medicine across Israel, Taipei, and Shanghai. She has a master's degree in East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University.

 

Hila practices Chinese Medicine in her private clinic, treating a large variety of health problems, using acupuncture and medicinal herbs.  For 12 years, she worked as a senior research assistant at the Research Center of Natural Medicine at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem. During this time, she collaborated with various medical departments, fostering a foundation for integrative medicine.

 

In 2021, Hila established an acupuncture team in the labor ward of Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem which she currently manages.


Hila is the primary author of the blog shanghanlun.org.il, which is a practitioner-oriented blog dedicated to the theoretical and practical aspects of ancient medical texts and modern practice.
